I got my first Toothtamer Rod as a gift, the spring of '09. I instantly fell in love with how light the rod was and how balanced it was in my hand. Seven muskies later and three more Toothtamer purchases, I have my arsenal of Toothtamer rods ready to start a new season. These rods are at top of the industry in design for being one of the lightest, for their high end components and the Toothtamer line up has a vast variety of rods to choose from. These rods also have syncork handles which are great on a rainy days and hold up against the elements. With the 1000's of casts I have made and seven muskies I landed last season, my Toothtamer rod never let me down or dissapointed me. I won't use anything else, I guess you could say I'm hooked! My nine year old daughter will be starting her first musky season this spring and has her 7'6 med/heavy ready to go!

My husband and I were out on one of our not often enough musky fishing escapades and he says, “Here, honey, try this rod today.” I had no idea what he was handing me, but by the time the day was done I had fallen in love with it. Casting was much more effortless. The figure 8’s that I had always struggled with became as easy as apple pie. My stamina was outstanding because I finally had a rod that did the work for me. When I asked him what it was he told me it was his new Tooth Tamer 8’6" medium heavy musky rod. That rod wasn’t his after that day. It became mine and it’s my first rod of choice every time we go out fishing. I love how light it is and how little effort it takes for me to cast my bait of choice. I never hesitate anymore when someone asks me what musky rod they should buy—it’s a *Tooth Tamer!*

"Since I started muskie fishing there was always an area that gave me trouble, it was finding a rod that delivered in preformance that did not compromise the overall feel. That problem has been fixed. I bought my first Tooth Tamer rod at a local musky show, where I gave it a test drive. I was impressed. Fishing with that rod made my other rods feel more like work. None of them have the light weight, sensitivity, and feeling of connection to the bait as the Tooth Tamer did. Since then I have bought 4 more Tooth Tamers, and sold all my other rods. I have put my rods through the toughest conditions. The dog days of summer throwing baits twice the rods rating, all the way to casting baits in the low teens for winter muskie. I have not found a better preforming rod, believe me I have tried many. These rods WORK!"

I beat these rods up day in and day out, and they just keep coming back for more. These are solid rods with great action. My personal favorite is the 8' Jawbreaker, this beast will throw "The Pounder" a mile!!
